How to Sew an A-Line Skirt (IN-STORE)

This class takes place on two dates: August 13 & 20 from 6pm to 8:30pm.
In this class, you’ll create a cotton/cotton blend A-Line skirt with pockets tailored to your measurements. Learn the basics of sewing an A-Line skirt, focusing on its shape and fit. Standard sewing techniques will be covered. Class fee includes a Tru-Grid materials kit.

What You’ll Need for Class
–Sewing machine in good working order (or can rent a machine by calling the shop (512) 459-3961)
–Two yards of 100% cotton or cotton blend (NO KNITS!), must prewash fabric prior to class;
–Thread to match
–1 package ¾” elastic
–Basic sewing supplies, including fabric scissors, pins, tape measure, etc
