DESCRIPTION:This class takes place April 13th & April 20th. \nIn this class\, you will learn the following:\nPart 1 –\n–Learn different sizes of zippers (example: #10 jacket zippers verses #5 invisible dress zippers)\n–Learn zipper pieces (teeth\, tape\, stopers) zipper tape patterns and what they mean\n–Learn to install two different types of zipper installations (Standard & Invisible zippers) using two different zipper pressor feet \nPart 2 –\n–Sew a Dog Walking Crossbody Bag with linings\, buttonhole\, multiple zipper closures and purse hardware\nor Crossbody Bag with lining\, zipper closures & purse hardware (buttonhole is omitted) \nYou get 20% off all other materials when you buy your supplies at the shop or over the phone. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				You get 20% off all other materials when you buy your supplies at the shop or over the phone. \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What You’ll Need for Class\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				–Sewing Machine (including any tools that come with your machine)\n–Sewing Machine Manual (if you do not have a printed-out copy\, please be prepared to bring a downloaded version)\n–Thread\n–Bobbins for your Machine (note: always check the package of bobbins when purchasing to ensure that your sewing machine model appears for usage)\n–Standard Zipper Pressor Foot and an Invisible Zipper Pressor Foot\n–Machine Needles per your machine; both single & double needles (note: always check the package of needles when purchasing to ensure that your sewing machine model appears for usage)\n \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				–Sewing Machine Toolbox – (Note: all can are available at The Sewing Station Learning Center Online Boutique or NWSC):\n–Hand Stitch Needles\n–Scissors for cutting fabric\n–Snippers for cutting threads\n–Seam ripper\n–Tape measure and/or ruler\n–Straight Pins (25) \nFabrics –\n–For Part 1: Any scrap fabric will do for stitching the sample zippers\n–For Part 2: ¼ yard of outside fabric and ¼ yard of lining fabric
