SUMMARY:Beginning Quilting: Tradewinds Quilt (IN-STORE)
DESCRIPTION:This class takes place in the store on: January 4th\, 11th\, 18th and 25th from 3:00pm to 5:30 pm.  \n The participants will make the ‘Tradewinds’ quilt from Cozy Quilt Designs by Georgette Dell’Orco. The quilt will be 58” by 65 1/2”.  We will be learning how to use the Strip Tube Ruler and squaring those blocks to 8” square. The pattern also gives directions for making this quilt larger. Pattern and Strip Tube Ruler are available at Northwest Sewing Center at a 20% discount. \n \nView the Flyer \n\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n					\n					\n					\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What You’ll Need for Class\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				—Tradewinds pattern\n—Strip Tube Ruler\n–One jelly roll with at least 39 strips.\n–7/8 yards of background fabric.\n–3/8 yard for Border 1\n–1-1/8 yard for Border 2\n–5/8 yard for binding (7 – 2 ½” strips) \nBefore class read through the directions to a basic understanding about the quilt.
