Payment
Master Card, Visa and Discover and AmEx credit cards and PayPal are accepted through our secure online server and via phone. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax
Taxable items will be charged a 8.25% sales tax. The shopping cart will calculate sales tax automatically.

Shipping Policy – Buying online and picking up your purchase(s) in our store is FREE!
Our online store does not offer shipping at this time but you can request that your online order be shipped to you by contacting us to let us know!

Requested Shipping
To request shipping, use the Contact Form on our website to let us know. We will call you to confirm your shipment and provide shipping costs, at which time payment for shipment is due. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and then ship your order. We ship domestically to addresses in the continental United States. We ship via USPS or Federal Express and an estimate of shipping charges is provided . We work very hard to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible. Online tracking information is provided per shipment. Our standard shipping rates are for deliveries to the US only. If you need something right away, we will do our best to expedite the processing.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because the address provided with your order is undeliverable or incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the order to a correct address. We will contact you to obtain the correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. If you choose not to have the order delivered again, we will refund your purchase price, less the cost of shipping plus a 10% handling fee. If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less the cost of shipping plus a 10% handling fee. We will not attempt to ship your order a second time.

Defective or Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure that all items we ship are defect-free, but sometimes there can be a problem with an item.

  • If an item is damaged in USPS shipping, please take a photo of the damaged box or item and retain all packing materials. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • If the order was shipped by Federal Express, please take a photo of the damaged box or item and retain all packing materials. Please contact us and we will initiate a damage claim with them and the driver will need to see the damaged item(s) and the packing materials.

Backorders
We do our best to keep adequate stock of all items but sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock from the supplier. If any of the items you order are out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you with the latest information from the supplier.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
We do our very best to describe each item in detail. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Exchanges are available in-store only. You must receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping an item back to us (at your expense) for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to copyright issues all sales of software, books, magazines and design CDs are final. Also, any special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
