Cabin Valley Quilt Top

This class takes place on September 7, 14, 21, and 28.
The participants will make the Cabin Valley quilt top from Cotton and Joy Patterns. The quilt will be 58” by 73”.
If you want to make this quilt smaller or larger, follow the Cabin Valley pattern instructions or contact Shannon for help.

An optional materials kit is available for $90.00 (includes tax). Just call the shop to order one in advance of class (512) 459-3961.
What You’ll Need for Class
–Sewing machine in working condition
—Cabin Valley pattern
–Cabin Valley precut kit OR 9 fat quarters of your choice
–2 ¾ yard background fabric
–3 2/3 yards backing fabric
— ½ yard for binding
–Thread
–10”x10” or larger square ruler
–Quilting pins and/or binding clips
–Rotary mat and cutter
–Long acrylic ruler for cutting fabric (6” x 24”)
–Seam ripper
Before class, read through the directions to get a basic understanding about the quilt. Write down questions for things you don’t understand. Please check cottonandjoy.com/pattern-corrections for any updates or corrections. At the time this class was scheduled, the only changes were to the twin size.
