Basic T-Shirt Quilt (IN-STORE)

These classes take place on: March 22nd, April 12th, 19th & 26th from 3pm to 5:30pm.
You will make a basic T-shirt quilt in this class. If you keep up & work outside of class you can end up with a finished quilt. Techniques you will learn:
–Stabilizing T-shirts
–Cutting techniques
–Basic quilt construction skills
What You Need To Bring to Class
1st Class
–Minimum of 12 T-shirts (whole NOT cut)
—French Fuse for stabilizing T-shirts
—T-Shirt Quilts Made Easy Book
–Cutting tools (cutter, ruler & cutting mat).
—12-1/2” x 12-1/2” or 15” x 15” Square Ruler, depends on size of the designs on your T-Shirts.
–Scissors to cut T-shirts apart
2nd class – Fabric
–Sashing: 1-1/4 yds.
–Cornerstones: 1/2 yd.
–Inner border: 1/2 yd.
–Outer border & binding: 2-1/3 yd. for throw size quilt
